• No charge for parts or labor
• Repairs may use new or refurbished components that meet Yamaha’s quality standards.
• Replacement units may be new or reconditioned units of equivalent performance.
• Customers are responsible for any installation, removal, and initial shipping costs associated with warranty service.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions outlined in the user manual
• Damage to speaker components (including woofers, tweeters, or drivers) caused by overpowering, use with incompatible amplifiers, or operation beyond recommended specifications
• Physical damage to speaker cabinets, cones, or internal components resulting from improper handling, installation, or exposure to excessive vibration or impact
• Damage incurred during transportation (claims must be submitted to the carrier)
• Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers
• Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers
• Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance
• Deterioration caused by environmental factors such as perspiration, corrosion, temperature extremes, or humidity
• Damage caused by battery leakage
• Electrical damage due to power surges, lightning, or other external events (force majeure)
